Sterling Security Systems was established in 1996 and incorporated in 2001 our mission is to provide superior service and peace of mind to our clients.

We are licensed by the BSIS which is part of Consumer Affairs. You are welcome to go to www.bsis.ca.gov to check our license status. We also have a C10 816050 Electrician’s License. www.cslb.ca.gov.

All our employees have submitted to and passed a background check conducted by BSIS before they are allowed to work on your premises. Our clients enjoy 24 hour access to an on call technician as well as an office staff that is constantly working to provide the best after sales care available. We monitor your alarm system at a UL central station located in Southern California, with a redundant twin central station in Texas. Our alarm systems can be controlled remotely via IPhone, Internet or Phone - the alarm system has the option to control lights and other home appliances. Sterling Security will work on a system installed by another company, as long as there is no current monitoring by another alarm company.

All initial consultation and estimates are free and no obligation. We charge $30 per month for monitoring and office support. Our system is warranted for 1 year after which service is charged at $85 for the trip and then $70 per hour after the first 30 minutes.
